Dr. Leo Davis is a dynamic pastor, speaker, and leadership mentor with a calling to help others recognize their value and walk boldly in their God-given purpose. From a childhood marked by adversity to a life transformed by faith while stationed in Germany, his story is one of God’s redemptive power.
With over 30 years of ministry experience, Dr. Leo has served as a Pastor, Deacon, Sunday School Teacher, and Small Group Director. He is a graduate of Joint Heirs Ministry Development and Word of Faith Bible Training Center-Southeast (Impact Church).
A United States Army Veteran, Dr. Leo holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business & General Management, an MBA, and dual Master’s degrees in Human Resource Management and Homeland Security. He was recently awarded an Honorary Doctorate in recognition of his ministry and community leadership.
He is the visionary behind Brother2Brother Men’s Ministry, founder of the Love Alive Community Development Corporation, and the owner of several businesses including Sivad-Noel, LLC; Scarlett Productions; and LuvTrax Recording Studio.
Above all, Dr. Leo is a devoted husband, father, and grandfather whose heart beats for building people and equipping the next generation of faith-filled leaders.
Dr. Norma Davis is a passionate communicator, visionary leader, and Certified Life Coach who boldly teaches the Word of God with clarity, conviction, and compassion. With more than 36 years of ministry experience, she has served as a Pastor, Assistant Pastor, Director of Women’s Services, Ministry School Instructor, and Small Group Director.
A proud United States Army Veteran, Dr. Norma also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Supervision and Management, three Master’s degrees in Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, and Homeland Security, and an Honorary Doctorate from St. Thomas Christian University for her decades of spiritual impact.
She is the founder of Journey Through Faith with Pastor Norma, an online faith-based broadcast that inspires believers around the world. In addition to her pastoral role, she is a serial entrepreneur who co-leads several successful businesses with her husband, Pastor Leo Davis.
Her greatest joy is her family. Married for nearly 36 years, she is the mother of four children—Jamal (RIH 2009), Bridgett, Joshua, and Jonathan—and the joyful Gigi of Josiah and Phoebe.
